From the moment you enter this brand-new building, and indeed this spacious apartment, you realize you've come into a world of luxury and contemporary architecture. The well-appointed apartment with touches of antiques, but mostly decorated in a modern, sleek style, is perfect for a maximum of five guests who'd like to enjoy a top-of-the-line apartment rather than a cramped hotel room!

This unique, two-floor apartment takes up the top two floors of a gorgeous building. There is one bedroom on the first floor of the unit (third floor of the building) and the other bedroom on the second floor of the unit (fourth floor of the building). The interiors of both the building and the apartment are just stunning, and aficionados of contemporary architecture especially will enjoy staying in this building and apartment!

The sleek grey and white kitchen with all stainless steel appliances offers a spacious and great place to cook and dine. The built-in kitchen table makes it easy to enjoy each other's company in this well-equipped, modern kitchen. The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors don't just bath the space with natural light, they make it easy to enjoy indoor/outdoor living while staying here! Check out the large dining table on your huge balcony! Cooking and eating have never been more scenic, given the views.

Glyfada is an upscale, seaside southern suburb of Athens. It’s an ideal location to enjoy Athens while staying by the beach. Syntagma Square, Athen's central square, is about a 20-minute drive or 35 minutes by public transportation.

The town of Glyfada is known for its prime seaside location, quiet and affluent residential streets. There is a large hospital and several metro and bus routes into Athens. Bakeries, cafes, and tavernas scattered around town.


★ Things to do ★

You can arrange a boat or diving tour with any of several companies found in the harbor.

ARCHELON, the Sea Turtle Protection Society of Greece, is located in Glyfada's quay.

Asteras beach is a ten-minute drive from the apartment or a 30 minute on public transportation. There you’ll find a well-organized beach complex including dining.

Golf is available at the Glyfada Golf Club which is open to the public.

Saints Constantine and Helen Orthodox Metropolitan Church while not historic is a place of calm and beauty worth a visit especially as it’s located in the center of Glyfada.

The Acropolis Museum of Athens is about 11 kilometers away and one of the top tourist sites in the city. The Acropolis

The Acropolis and Parthenon are also 11 kilometers miles away.
