This is a newly-built private oasis with its own pool on the island of Mykonos. This spacious retreat is ideal for the visitor who'd like to stay away from the jet-set and tourist crowds, but still close enough to enjoy them. Simply stated, this villa is for the visitor who seeks excellence.

This home is located on a quiet residential street in the charming village of Ano Mera. It's the second largest village on the island near the center, meaning you are well positioned for exploring. Here you will find everything you want for your holiday in a luxury Mykonos-style villa.

★ The Space ★

This serenely beautiful and light-filled villa is your private haven while on Mykonos. With 180 sq. meters, it is built and designed with a sense of harmony with its surroundings to ensure the ultimate space for relaxation.

Ten guests will enjoy all of the comforts you would expect with a villa of this caliber. The four beautifully appointed bedrooms have a double/queen bed, televisions, and plenty of space. We provide all of the bed linens and towels, as well as other necessities such as air conditioning, soap, and toilet paper.

Three of the four gorgeous bathrooms are ensuite. (Note how we've incorporated natural stone from the land.)

The kitchen is sleek yet warm with its beautifully-designed cabinetry and modern amenities. It is a comfortable space in which you can prepare meals while enjoying the company of the other guests. We provide all of the necessary utensils, pots, and pans for meal preparation.

The floorplan was created to allow easy flow between the public rooms and the outdoors. The kitchen flows directly into the spacious dining room and living rooms. Double French doors open out to your private, extensive patio with ample seating, covered areas, built-in BBQ, and, of course, your private pool to enjoy. You can spend your days right here without the need to travel elsewhere, but that would mean missing out on several of the nearby beaches less than 10-minutes away!

★ Ano Mera ★

If you want large, loud crowds and a raucous party scene, you won't find much of that in Ano Mera. The village is known for being "more local" and "less tourist". You'll enjoy exploring this quieter village with its cafes, restaurants, and shops. However, staying in Ano Mera doesn't mean you will miss out on other island activities, nightlife, or cultural sites. The village's location in the center of the island means it's an ideal location for exploring the rest of what the island has to offer. It is less than ten minutes from several outstanding beaches and less than 30-minutes Mykonos town.


★ Mykonos ★

Mykonos is approximately 85.5 square kilometers (33 square miles) and is known for its vibrant, jet-setting crowds. But, there’s much more to the island than that!

Mykonos offers many things to keep you busy and has something for everyone from an active nightlife to ancient ruins and historic sites. The island is known for its turquoise waters and beautiful (usually busy) beaches. Sailing and windsurfing are popular activities on the northern coast where there’s often a strong wind.

In the town of Mykonos, the pedestrian street of Matoyianni/Matogianni Streets with its white buildings and charming shops makes a great outing. In the evening, check out Little Venice in the area of Charos with lively clubs and restaurants.

★ Other things to see ★

Church of Paraportiai Dating back to the 15th century, it the oldest oldest church on the island.

Armenistis Lighthouse at Faros Armenistis 846 00, is probably more impressive than the the lighthouse itself and includes a pretty drive along a winding road.
