Cute Apartment in fabulous, central Athens!

★ The Space ★

This recently renovated, second-floor apartment with all-wood floors has spacious, well-appointed rooms you can enjoy during your Athens visit. It comfortably accommodates six guests.

You'll also appreciate two balconies large enough to sit and have your morning coffee or evening drink before heading out to local eateries just minutes away. The apartment overlooks a quiet, residential street and is close to Mount Lycabettus.

The kitchen is renovated with high-end Miele appliances, modern cabinetry, and is stocked for your convenience with pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, and other kitchen wares. Just bring your cooking skills!

There are two bathrooms: one full bathroom and a 1/2 bath. They, too, have been renovated. Note that luxury details of the full bathroom which include a jacuzzi-style tub and full-length, heated towel bar.

The living room and dining room contain elegant furnishings and are spacious, making it easy for guests to relax in this apartment. Just off of the dining room in a separate room is a pull-out sofa which accommodates two guests and can be closed off with sliding doors for privacy.

There two bedrooms, each with new, modern furnishings. One bedroom offers a queen/double-size bed, double-windows, and large wardrobe. The other bedroom offers a trundle bed complete with a ladder and a single trundle bed you can quickly pull out in the evenings. It's an ideal, fun set-up for children! There are a wall-unit and desk in this room.

Additional amenities: We also offer luggage drop-off or storage if you arrive early or need to your luggage held for you when you check-out. There is wifi throughout the apartment, air conditioning/heating, washer/dryer in the building, and we include soap, bedroom linens, towels, and toilet paper. If needed, there is a parking nearby for a fee. For your safety, there is a fire extinguisher and first aid kit in the apartment.

★ Area ★

This apartment is located in one of Athens' top locations in Kolonaki and near the famed Syntagma Square, also known as Athens' Centra Square. It is just a 5-minute (no hills) walk to from metro stations on a parallel road to Central Square where there is a charming pedestrian street you will enjoy exploring. You'll find countless taverns, supermarkets, theaters, and clubs near the apartment, although it's situated on a quiet residential street.

Ancient Mount Lycabettus holds a place of prominence overlooking the area and can be reached by a funicular railway which climbs the hill from a lower terminus at Kolonaki. The railway station is on Aristippou street.

The National Historical Museum of Athens is housed nearby in the Old Parliament Building at 13 Stadiou, Athens.

The National Gardens are not far away south of the apartment.
