20mins driving or 30mins public transportation can take you to CBD ,few mins Walking to train station Closed to cafe, restaurants ,supermarket,park.
The Space:

The apartment is provided as a fully-furnished space with basic necessities such as towels, bedding all included as a part of your stay. We want you to be able to stay with us without any hassle, and of coz we welcome guests staying short term or long term.(DISCOUNT and Small Gift for you if you like to stay with us for the long term)
Guest Access:
The apartment is rented as an entire apartment and the tenant can enjoy all the space in the apartment and facility- ALL TO YOURSELF

If the guest rents out the entire property, they will have access to all of the above spaces
In the case that there are multiple guests renting out separate private rooms, each guest will be expected to share the living space, kitchen as well as laundry. Guests are prohibited to access the private rooms that they have not rented and fines may apply if they do so.
Interaction with Guests:
I only interact with guests via AirBnb, Email, SMS or Mobile when necessary. Rest assured, my response time is pretty much instant.

I will not be present at this property during your stay.

A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.

The apartment unit will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced unit ALL TO YOURSELF. You WON'T be sharing it with any strangers during your stay.
Other Things to Note:
-No smoking or party allowed
-Please take off your shoes before you enter the premises
-To ensure the issue of over use of the electricity and gas will not happening during your stay, the guests should not use the amount exceeding of $9 per day (the average use of a 4-ppl staying apartment is $7.2 per day) for electricity. A claim for the extra cost will be made against your security deposit if so.

-To provide a cleaness and comfortable place for you to stay, we only cooperate with Cleaning Service company and had a standard Cleaning charge. Professional cleaning team will come post checking out and ensure the cleanliness of the apartment before every guest checking in.

-We also expect guests to keep their room and common area tidy throughout their stay so as to avoid extra cleaning fees.

-Rental Rules: In renting the apartment, guests agree to abide by the Rental Rules we set out on Airbnb throughout the duration of their stay at the property. All members of the rental party and any guests invited into the property will be expected to abide by the same rules.

-Access: If the guest is renting a private room, access provided will depend on the condition of the house/apartment. According to NSW fire control law, access to certain private rooms might not be provided in order to comply with emergency escape policy. We provide an external key and swipe card to the guests for their use and convenience throughout the duration of their stay During the stay, all guests are expected to respect others and we are not liable for any disputes and/or criminal activity that occur on the premises.

-BE CAUTIOUS! When cooking at the property, be sure to open all windows, sliding window doors to avoid heavy smoke in room. It will set off fire alarm. If it happens, please cut all electricity and stop fire or smoke by any means, and contact us immediately. Cost of fireman service will be on guests, and will be deducted from bond.
