Guest bedroom two has a queen bed and TV, and is adjacent to guest bathroom, featuring a tub and shower combination. Guest Bedroom 3 with a queen size Murphy bed. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, a four-seat breakfast bar, and is compact enough for easy meal preparation. Please remember, though, that you are so close to the many and varied restaurants on the town squares and within the country clubs! Dining out is a very real pastime in The Villages! The open plan dining room seats four comfortably for more formal dining, and opens to the living room, featuring comfortable seating, TV and access to the lovely screened lanai, complete with tables and chairs for outdoor lounging or eating. The included BBQ and private Tiki bar adjacent to your saltwater pool complete your Florida lifestyle accommodation. Your complimentary golf cart is an important feature of Statesburg Street, as golf carts are the main mode of transportation within The Villages. You are well-situated for Roosevelt and Sandhill Executive golf courses, and the major country clubs of Cane Garden, Mallory Hill, Havana and Palmer Legends. The country clubs provide breakfast, luncheon and dinner, all delicious dining opportunities. You are also golf cart close to several Recreation al Centers, or "Recs." Lake Miona Regional Rec Center is themed on New England coastal décor and offers a large variety of indoor and outdoor activities and classes. You may find any number of mah-jongg games of perhaps clogging or art classes. There are, of course, the countless outdoor activities, perhaps pickleball (It's addictive!) swimming aerobics or shuffleboard. There is something for everyone. Lake Sumter Landing is modeled on Old Key West, and features a lighthouse restaurant, a boardwalk, a small lake, a large number of restaurants offering fare varying from Thai to Japanese to New York City! There are unique boutique shops and an eight-screen theater. Lake Sumter seems to have it it's golf-cart close! Each evening (from 4:00pm to 9:00pm) there is free nightly entertainment on the square. All of our properties come with High Speed WiFi internet included and linens, dishes, cutlery and towels are supplied for your convenience. Each property has either cable TV or satellite TV available for your enjoyment. With the Village Resident ID card you can use any of the 36 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical "pitch & putts!" They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 12 Championship courses.
