Looking for luxurious accommodations? Look no further than Waterside 772. Located in the prestigious gated community in building seven, on the seventh floor, is this gorgeous three bedroom, two full bathroom condo with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.



Walking through the front door of the condo you will know you have made the right choice in your accommodations. Elegantly decorated in earth tones, with soft pastel colors for accents, the interior emits a spa like atmosphere.



Immediately to the right of the entrance is the first of two guest bedrooms. Your guests won't want to leave as their accommodations are so nice. A queen bed, great views of Estero Bay, loads of closet and dresser space, and their own private in-room TV ensure they are well taken care of. The second guest bedroom is just beyond the first and has two twin beds, and in-room TV as well. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination in the hallway provide for everyone's convenience.



To the left of the entrance is the full kitchen. Beautiful wood cabinetry, solid surface counters and new appliance complete the kitchen space. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you will need during your stay for preparing a simple breakfast to a gourmet meal. The large island allows you to converse with your guests while preparing meals. The laundry room is just off the kitchen area, making it a breeze to do your laundry with a full size washer and dryer.



Enjoy your freshly cooked meals at the dining room table overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and south end of Fort Myers Beach. The table seats four to six guests comfortably with an additional eating area at the breakfast bar.



The living room opens to the dining area. With floor to ceiling windows and a wall of sliding glass doors, it?s bathed in natural light. A large flat screen TV will keep you current with your favorite show or the daily happenings in the world. The comfortable leather furnishings provide plenty of seating space to curl up with a good book or connect to the wireless internet.



Just off the living room is the master bedroom. At the end of the day retreat to the king size bed where you will slumber peacefully. A large walk-in closet and plenty of dresser space will accommodate all your belongings. Wake in the morning to your ensuite full bathroom where you can start the day with an invigorating shower or soak the stresses of everyday life away in the jetted tub. His and her sinks and a separate toilet area complete the master bathroom.



The lanai is sure to be one of your favorite spots in this condo. Screened in for bug free days and nights, it offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the island. Wake in the morning and catch one of our beautiful sunrises over Estero Bay. They are as gorgeous as our nightly sunsets! Enjoy private sunsets from your seventh floor lanai with that special someone in your life.
When it?s time to head outside you have plenty to do on the grounds of the Waterside complex. A beautiful walking path both street side and along the water allow for a peaceful stroll. Cool off on our hot Florida days in the in-ground pool or soak in the hot tub for a bit. Challenge a friend to a game of tennis on one of the courts on site, or try your hand at fishing from the fishing pier on site. A fitness center is located in the building for those who might want to stay in shape while on vacation.



Located just a 10 minute walk to the beach you will love the convenience of having both the Bay views and beach access. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach will be waiting for you, along with the warm Gulf waters to enjoy. Santini Marina Plaza is also just a 10 minute walk from the condo. Here you can find numerous shops, restaurants, a post office, and quick groceries at a CVS and 7/11. There are two full service grocery stores just 3-4 miles from the condo - one to the north the other to the south.



Please note for our guests with allergies this condo is both pet free and smoke free. Per condo association rules this complex does have a strict 28 night minimum rental policy. All reservations must be booked a minimum of 20 days in advance to complete all condo association paperwork as well. We're sorry but no last minute reservations are possible.
