Majestic Monument in Zetland. 2 bedroom split level beauty

This modern and comfortable two Bedroom split level apartment with two Bathroom is located in Zetland suburb. Its located exactly 15 mins from the CBD! Easy 10 mins walk to Green Square Train station and plenty of bus connections around. If you feel like having a relaxed walk around the park there are two stunning big parks in the area: Moore Park and Centennial Park including the Joynton Park a 100 meters walk. Within a few minutes walking distance, you will find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need to have a good time in Sydney.
The Space:
The apartment is provided as a fully-furnished space with basic necessities such as towels, bedding all included as a part of your stay. We want you to be able to stay with us without any hassle, and of course we welcome guests staying short-term or long-term. Please feel free to contact me for any additional information, so I could make it the best staying experience before you take off.
Guest Access:
The apartment is rented as an entire apartment and the tenants can enjoy all the space in the apartment and facility- ALL TO YOURSELF.
You have access to all of the spaces including a new kitchen with stainless steel stove, bathrooms, balcony, living room and bedrooms
Interaction with Guests:
I only interact with guests via AirBnb, Email, SMS or Mobile when necessary. Rest assured, my response time is pretty much instant.
I will be there welcoming you and exchange the keys&information when you arrive, but I will not be present in this flat during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Zetland is a newly developed area that provides the perfect balance of business and leisure. It is a very conveniently located suburb, reaching the northern suburbs of Hurstville and Chatswood in 20 minutes, the Central Business District in 15 minutes, and the Eastern coastal suburbs such as Coogee beach in 20 minutes. There are two relatively decent size parks and plenty of green areas, provided with small cafes and restaurants that make your stay in Sydney perfectly comfortable!
