Sarah's Beach House offers a beautiful beachfront holiday where you can enjoy a serene setting, where you can step straight onto North Shore Beach for a swim, fishing, a long stroll or just laze in the sun.

If you are looking for a secluded, tranquil relaxing holiday, located on 7 kilometres of absolute beachfront, this home is all that you are looking for. Whether it be a family vacation or a couples getaway this home caters for all.

Relax watching whales and dolphins from the shoreline, be adventurous and take a 4WD along the 16 kilometre track to Point Plomer or Crescent Head. For the sporty ones there are fantastic cycle areas or you can drop the boat in the nearby Hastings River, or hire a kayak for some water sports or fishing. Finish the day on the deck surrounded by flowering banksia trees full of bird life.

LOCATION
Located on the peaceful North Shore of Port Macquarie, you will need to catch the car ferry at Settlement Point (which takes a short 5 minutes and the ferry runs 24 hours a day at a cost of $5 each way or a weekly ticket for $40) and travel 1.5 kilometres to reach your destination. You will need to be prepared as there is no corner store on this side of the river, but all your major supermarkets are only a 10 minute drive away. Tip: stock up on supplies for your stay as once you're at this idyllic location, you won't want to leave.

With double height ceilings, this beach house has plenty of light and balmy sea breezes, with a 20 metre bush/sand track that leads to beautiful North Shore Beach.

Port Macquarie boasts many wonderful restaurants and cafes, two shopping centres and 8 other beautiful beaches to choose from, all within 10 minutes of the beach house.

Many previous holiday makers quote recipes based on the pippies they pluck from the beaches and create risotto cooked in the fully stocked kitchen.


FEATURES
Sarah's Beach House has a modern fresh feel with contemporary interiors and an extensive covered timber deck, leading through stacker doors from the living space.

The stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped with electric cook top, electric oven, fridge, freezer, espresso machine (Please bring your own Nespresso coffee pods as there is none supplied), microwave oven and dishwasher.

There are open plan living and dining areas that open out to the east facing wrap around balcony, also with dining table and a Weber barbeque.

The main living area has a sleek modern table setting with seating for 6.

The lounge area has comfortable sofas plus flat screen TV, DVD, CD player and stereo.

The split level to the bedrooms divides the living areas. There are three very large bedrooms all with ceiling fans and built-in robes and an ensuite to the main bedroom.
