Located in a quiet rural estate only 4km from the village, the kids will love the swimming pool, the space and the quiet surrounding streets are great for bike riding. Of course the beach, bakery and shops are only 5 minutes drive away too.

The house features a large main bedroom at the northern end with ensuite, 2 living areas, and another 2 bedrooms and bathroom at the other end of the house. You'll love sitting on the deck watching the kids in the pool and enjoying the peaceful rural outlook. Please note that there are actually 3 bedrooms & the sofa bed listed in the specifications is located in the 2nd living area (see image 10). Your pets are welcome at Banyula, but strictly outside only. The property is not fenced.

You will need to bring your sheets, towels, pillow cases, tea towels, bath mat and hand towels.
