When you pull into the driveway you will see the new in-ground, electric heated pool in the backyard just waiting for you. Take the steps up to the front door of the home and enter to start your vacation here in Paradise.



You will be greeted by the living room upon entering, which offers a comfortable sofa and a loveseat. The sofa converts into a queen size bed if needed for an additional sleeping space. A large flat screen TV and wireless internet will keep you entertained and connected.



The kitchen is equipped with newer appliances and has been carefully stocked with all the amenities of home for those who would like the option of a home cooked meal while on vacation.



The dining room opens off the kitchen with an open concept living space. The distressed wood table will seat you both in comfort and style with views of the screened in upper lanai and pool down below.



Exiting the home off the kitchen/dining area is the spacious screen enclosed porch. Enjoy bug free days and nights while relaxing overlooking the back yard and pool area. A dining table and lounger have been provided for an additional eating space or a place to write that postcard home telling everyone what a fantastic time you are having.



Access to the pool is off the porch. Take the stairs down to the back yard where you will find your private in-ground, electric heated swimming pool. Put in the summer of 2016 this modern pool is gated around the outside for the safety of any little ones you might have traveling with you and provides a great brick covered area around the pool for soaking up the Florida sunshine with comfy loungers to complete your poolside experience. The location of this home is serene and peaceful. It takes you back to a time when life was simple and stress wasn't an everyday word.



After a fun filled day of Florida sun, warm water, and fresh salt air, retire back to the house to the master suite. The newer mattress will have you drifting off to sleep and waking feeling like a new person. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and is decorated in a beach decor. A flat screen TV, plenty of closet and dresser space, and a full ensuite bathroom provide everything you may need. Wake in the morning to an invigorating shower in the newly remodeled full bathroom complete with a large walk in shower and his and her sinks. A full size washer and dryer are also included with your stay and tucked away nicely in the master ensuite for all your laundry needs while on vacation.



Your guests will be well looked after in the second bedroom. Two twin beds, along with plenty of room for them to unpack and unwind have been provided. There is a fully remodeled bathroom in the adjoining hallway with a tub/shower combination for everyone's convenience.

Located in the middle of the island you'll love the convenience 126 Gulf Island Drive offers to you. The library, banking, shops and numerous restaurants are literally a 1 mile from the house. The Bay Oaks Recreation Center, beach pool and water park are only a 5 minute drive away providing you with tennis and basketball courts, baseball fields, playgrounds, and so much more. Trolley stops going both north and south bound on the island are right on Estero Blvd. so you can park the car and jump on the trolley to see the sights of the beach! Jet ski and parasailing rentals are just a couple of minute walk from the house as well for those with an adventurous side. Grocery shopping is a breeze with the Publix grocery store less than 1/4 mile from the house.



Two of the greatest features of this home are the deeded beach access and bay front land. Just a one minute walk will have you sitting with your feet in the sand on the Gulf of Mexico. Walk through the beautiful, covered, beachfront pavilion that's been built just for this neighborhoods use. Here you'll find tables and chairs beachfront to sit at under the covered shelter and a beachside BBQ for a picnic lunch or sunset dinner you might want to enjoy, while on the beach.
