Art House for 6! In the heart of Plaka!

Under the Acropolis, In the heart of Athens, Plaka is the most traditional and oldest place! Kidathineon str, Lisiou str, & Tripodon str are among many which exist since the 5th Century BC! Full of tavernas, cafeterias and bars, will allow to visit all the historical places on foot! Among them: the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, the Andrian's Arch, the Zappeion, the Kalimarmaro Stadium, the Ancient Agora, the Temple of Apollo, the Temple of Zeus, the Filopappou Hill! The Space:
Inspired & Respectful towards the traditional character that still exists in the house! The house was built in 1920s and the House is 100 square meters, recently renovated based on the character of its own! It is located on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with coffeemaker (filter, espresso, cappuccino), hotplate, plates, glasses, cups, etc. You will find all the basics, such as coffee (filter, espresso, greek), salt, pepper, oil, tea, pasta etc.

In the living room, there are two sofas converting into two separate single beds for either an adult or a child each of them! Also, there's a separate place, two steps higher with a place for chilling out, where two people can easily sleep in! In the bedroom, there's a real double bed and a closet.

Guest will find a clean house and clean sheets and towels upon arrival! Please mention the exact number of guests, so that we are able to offer the best for you! Additional room cleaning and change of bed sheets/towels on demand can be arranged for an additional charge.

The bathroom is provided with shampoo, shower gel, ear buds, toothpaste and hairdryer. Wifi, air-conditioning and heating are at your disposal.

Guest Access:
The house is totally available for you! There are no off limits areas! There are ten steps until the entrance!

The Neighborhood:
The house is located not next to Plaka, but in the heart of it! It is the oldest part of Athens! Kidathineon str, Lisiou str, & Tripodon str are among many which exist since the 5th Century BC! Plaka is like a small village within the city, a neighborhood in the shadows of the Acropolis. The studio is located a block away from Kidathineon (the central road of Plaka) and Zappion (the National Garden).

All the historical places are five min walk distance. For the romantic ones, the "little train" can offer you a tour in the center. You just have to stop it when you meet it!

Down the corner, there's the "Cine Paris", the best outdoor movie theatre in Athens. All the movies are in english (with greek subs) and they are screened on the roof with a view of the Acropolis.

Around the apartment you may find mostly everything (shops, cafeterias, bars, traditional tavernas, pharmacies, hair salons, post office). Athen's public transportation (bus, metro, tram) is reachable within five min or less!
Getting Around:
Metro, Bus & Tram station is five minutes walk distance away! Sintagma station is the most central in Athens, located in front of the Greek Parliament!
