Courtyard holiday apartments are an excellent option if you are looking for holiday apartments in Goa. The Courtyard Holiday Apartments are tucked away in a quite corner of Goa, very close to the Vagator beach.

The villa is a free standing self catering unit within the holiday complex (blue house). There is a swimming pool in the complex for use of the guests.

The Space:
The villa is a beautifully appointed two level, two bedroom, three bathroom house with a lounge and a formal dining area. The house has a balcony and a patio that overlook the swimming pool.

The living room, dining area, kitchen and a bathroom (powder room) are on the ground floor followed by the living quarters on the first floor.

The villa is fully air-conditioned with a fully functional kitchen. It includes amenities like television and free wi-fi.

The villa can be seen as the blue house on the left side of the picture.

The complex is a gated safe complex with approx 30 apartments + villas and has a guard on the gate 24/7. The complex is ideal for families as it is extremely safe.

The Neighborhood:
Vagator is a very lively area in Goa and has everything a tourist may want. * There are a couple of beaches (albeit small) in Vagator. Excellent sea facing restaurants, plenty of discs and pubs (Thalassa, Mango Bar & Antares)
* For nature lovers the trek to Chapora fort and the cliff top views are highly recommended!
* Larger beaches like Anjuna, Baga and Morjim are just 10 minutes drive away.
* The nightlife is lively with clubs like Bubble Brunch right next door
* Morjim and Arambol beaches (probably some of the best beaches in Goa) are only 20 - 25 mins drive from here
Getting Around:
There are plenty of cabs and cars on hire. It is advisable to rent a car / taxi during your stay in Vagator as public transport is not great.
We have free parking in the complex where you can securely park your car / bike.
Other Things to Note:
* Check in is at 2 PM and check out is at 12 PM
* The villa will be available to you completely cleaned / linen changed. For future cleaning, you can directly pay the claening staff - they charge INR 200 (USD 3) per cleaning
* Guests are advised to drink only RO (fitted in kitchen) or bottled water
* Please do not leave food open in the apartment in order to avoid ants
* In the past year, there have been infrequent power outages for a few hours in the summer season - but this is not a normal phenomenon
* Please communicate check out timing / any changes to the caretaker in advance
