This magnificent 5 bedroom villa sits perched right above the rocky shore just south of Kamala Beach on a private estate with gardens, pools, and a small private beach. In the evening, one can sit on the private large terrace overlooking the ocean and hear the waves caressing the shore below.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, kitchens, an outside grill, 2 common areas, and a brand new 24 sqm swimming pool. This location is absolutely fantastic, on the water with downtown Kamala an easy stroll away.

This free standing villa is one of Phuket's very few 'Absolute Ocean Front' villas and sits right at the centre of a larger estate with well maintained common areas with a communal pool, gardens, a small private beach, and foot paths for relaxed strolls on the property.

The Estate: Nestled on a private headland overlooking the ocean and Kamala Bay, the estate has its own private beach and is within easy walking distance of Kamala Beach and the laid-back restaurants and shops of downtown Kamala. At the heart of the property, only meters away from our centrally located villa, is a lovely cobalt-blue tiled pool surrounded by tropical plants and loungers. There's also a kids pool, small plunge pool and Jacuzzi on the grounds. The surrounding tropical gardens invite leisurely strolls without having to leave the property.

The Villa is built in two sections. The original section of the villa (restored in 2017) has a fully-equipped kitchen and the bedrooms have private balconies that overlook the ocean and en-suite bathrooms with showers and bathtubs. The bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers and bathtubs. The original villa has air-conditioning in all bedrooms and a common space with TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi Internet access, and a safety deposit box. Recently (2017), a major change to the villa was made when the terrace was enlarged and changed from wood to tiled concrete with a new private 24 sqm pool and two rooms were added below the terrace, facing the ocean. The two new rooms have a separate entrance from the original section of the villa. The newly added section is 100 sqm and the 2 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (one with a jaccuzzi for 2), a kitchen, and a dining space for 6 people.

Villa Farrah sits directly above the rocky coastline between Kamala Beach and the estate's small private beach. The villa offers beautiful sea views and is an ideal family retreat. Situated within a quiet resort, there is no through traffic or noise pollution. At night, one can enjoy tranquil evenings listening to the sound of waves breaking below. The estate also has communal green areas with foot paths, a private estate beach, and an area with estate pools just in front of the villa to complement the very private pool on the ocean side.

Upon arrival, all guests need to register at the front desk of the Kamala Beach Estate with their passports, as one would at a hotel.
