This sea and mountain view 5 bedroom villa comes with many extra amenities; relax in the cinema room, energize in the gym, laugh in the outdoor games area, chill in the large infinity pool, jump for joy in the basketball area and play the beautiful game in the garden.
Summary of layout: 5 Bedrooms across three floor levels. All bedrooms are en suite. Bedrooms 1,2 and 3 have baths and separate showers. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have showers only. TV and DVD player is each bedroom. There is a bonus, basic 6th Bedroom with bunk beds for visiting maids or children in linen / kids play room. There is a large entrance with two sets of stairs to living, dining and kitchen areas. This floor is where the sea, mountain, village, jungle views are found. Just outside of the main floor is a large infinity swimming pool, outdoor living area and games area. The home cinema is located near the main entrance and the gym / basketball facilities are accessed from the outside of the main entrance.

Please note there are multiple stairs in and outside the villa that connect the different spaces. Only bedroom 1 has sea views. Two Travel baby cots available free of charge.

 The pricing includes:
- Continental Breakfast - complimentary for uncooked items
- Daily Cleaning service
- Cook for lunch and dinner at cost of THB 3000 per meal plus cost of ingredients. This is for staying guests only. An extra costs of THB 350 per person will be added for friends of guests that eat at the villa as our cook will need extra help. Chef will shop the groceries and present the bill for the food
- Filled Water dispenser for duration of stay
- Complimentary coffee and tea
