The living room opens to the large swimming pool, featuring a smart tv with dvd and cable with international channels. 
Dining area has pool view and it's next to kitchen and living room.
Kitchen is large and european style, with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and stove top. All cutlery and dish ware is available as well. 
Master bedroom has a full view of the swimming pool, large sliding doors, a large mirror and bedside lamps. This ensuite bedroom features a closet and a desk. AC & ceiling fan. Bathroom is complete and has 2 basins and 2 showers, one indoor and another one outdoor and a bathtub.
Second bedroom features a double bed, closet, AC and fan, bathroom ensuite with 2 showers, one indoor and another one outdoor and a tub.
Third bedroom  has 2 single beds, a big closet and AC. This bedroom is ensuite with a walk in shower. 
The terrace upstairs is set with a BBQ, sofas and sun loungers as well as a dining table and roofed sala.
This gated estate has also a restaurant and a spa & massage service to the villa. You can request their services over the internal phone line.

Electric usage 50 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 8 baht per unit. Water usage is 50 bath/unit.
Cleaning is not included, price is THB 1,800 per cleaning. Please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.
