Living Accommodation - At the front of the villa is a lounge area with comfy sofas and TV. A dining table with seating for six people sits nearby and is adjacent to the open plan kitchen at the heart of the villa. Next to the kitchen is another small dining table and doors leading to the pool deck. The main family lounge sits close by and again has comfy sofas, a large TV and doors leading to the pool deck.

Bedrooms - The Master Bedroom, next to the lounge, has a Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 also has a Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet and this is upstairs. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both contain a Queen-size bed which leaves three other bedrooms which all have twin beds.

Outdoor Living - The west facing pool deck, with private pool and spa, has no rear neighbors. The spa has a special propane heater which heats the spa water to approximately 100 degrees. As a result of this, the pool/spa heating price is more than usual for this villa. However, if spa heating is not required, please let us know when booking and a reduction will be arranged.

Entertainment - The villa has been equipped with a games room which has a pool table and foosball table.

Seasons is a quiet, secluded and exclusive development of 71 homes built in 2002. Located in Kissimmee this community is just 15 minutes from Disney, and less than 30 minutes’ drive from Universal, SeaWorld and International Drive. A selection of restaurants and shops can be found in Kissimmee Old Town less than 4 miles away, and a 24hr Walmart is less than 1 mile along the road.
