• Living Accommodation - The first family lounge just inside the front door provides the perfect place to sit and relax after a busy day at the parks. A formal dining area is nearby, ready for those special occasion meals for the family. Towards the rear of the villa is the open-plan kitchen with smaller dining area and doors to the pool deck. Nearby is also the second family lounge. This lounge has comfy sofas, wall-mounted TV and doors leading to the pool deck.
• Bedrooms - The Master bedroom, just off the lounge, has a king-size bed, large flatscreen TV, seating area, doors to the pool deck, two large closets, and en-suite bathroom. Entertainment - The games room has been fitted out with a pool table and air hockey table - just in case younger members of the family have any energy left.
Rolling Hills
Rolling Hills, built in approximately 2000 has 190 homes and is situated just off the popular US192, making its location perfect for a wide choice of shops and restaurants, as well as easy access to Walt Disney. The I-4 highway leading to all other Orlando attractions is a few minutes away, meaning that you could be on a beach within an hour or so of leaving your villa.
