You will find restaurants nearby, though most will require driving \'or a bicycle.\' You will find plenty of both higher end and simple beach diners within minutes of this location. This location is south of tourist destination Clearwater Beach and north of souvenir and dining stop at John\'s Pass Boardwalk and Village. You can enjoy a quite time at this central location and dive into the action.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay.
