Next door is a second rental property by same owner. These two houses can be rented at in tandem, with a gate to pass between backyards. 2nd house does not have pool.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay.
No Smoking.
No Pets.
No Parties.
No Trailers.

Swimming pool in back is all your own to enjoy. Pool is heated to 80 degrees but when the ambient air temperature is below 50 degrees for three days or more, the posted temperature cannot be maintained. Your understanding is appreciated.
