Beyond the living room is the balcony that over looks the water. There are two chairs on the balcony, perfect for lounging.

The master bedroom has king bed, flat screen TV, a small balcony that over looks the water and attached master bathroom.

Master bathroom has walk in shower, double sink vanity and garden tub.

The second guest room has a queen bed with attached bathroom with walk in shower.

The spacious third guest room has a queen bed, flat screen TV and attached bathroom.

The guest bathroom has a tub / shower combination.

The laundry room has a washer, dryer and slop sink too.

The building requires codes to get in to the building, garage and pool area.

The pool area has a view of the water and access to the boat docks.

This unit has a monthly minimum.

WIFI and basic cable.
