Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and main living space. The home is open concept with a nice flow. Oversized double garage. Washing machine and dryer. Large walk in closet in the master bedroom. Large double door refrigerator. You can bird watch, right in the backyard, plenty of blue jays, robins, cranes, woodpeckers and hawks visit these lovely oaks on the property. The oak trees provide a tranquil, shaded backyard. This home is created with love, to be cozy and comfortable. We live close by and are willing to accommodate custom requests. House Rental Rules and Tips

• Please no smoking inside the house, please feel free to smoke on the patio or in the outside areas. Please remove cigarette butts.
• Please do not touch the alarm system or the alarm system components unless it is arranged for Home Alarm usage during your stay.
• There is no garbage disposal, so please be mindful when using the kitchen sink drain.
• Please do not open the Garage door unless Garage access for a car was arranged.
• Please advise us of any concerns regarding the home and allow us to check it out. Please do not attempt to repair anything on your own.
• No Animals on the furniture, including beds.
• Please do not order any special services.
• Please do not leave lights on when leaving.
• Every Thursday, the Garbage is picked up, please have the garbage cans from the side of the house, placed in the front of the house.
• Please do not lower the air conditioner to under 77 degrees.
• Please do not leave the washing machine or dryer on when you leave.
