This peaceful and private Villa is located only minutes from the Disney theme parks, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and many other Central Florida attractions, and offers plenty of space for your group to spread out and enjoy a restful stay. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home can comfortably sleep up to 8 adults. The spacious outdoor area features a beautiful screened-in private pool and hot tub with lounge chairs and a separate seating area that is shaded from the Florida sun. When you feel like grilling out, we also offer a propane grill in the privately fenced back yard at no additional charge. With the safety of our guests in mind, we also provide a removable pool gate to separate the outdoor seating area from the pool, as well as child safety alarms on each of the three doors that provide access to the pool.

This home was recently updated with new flooring throughout, including new carpet in the bedrooms, new tile in the kitchen and baths, and new laminate wood flooring in the common areas.

The fully stocked eat-in kitchen has everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals, including a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and stove, and all the necessary table settings your family needs to enjoy home cooked meals. There is a table in the kitchen for casual or quick meals, as well as a separate formal dining room.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and is situated on the other end of the home from the other bedrooms to offer an additional level of privacy, as well as a sliding glass door which leads directly to the pool area. The master bathroom has a separate shower, double sinks, and a large relaxing Whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and its own private full bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms are both equipped with twin sized beds, and each bedroom is equipped with a television and digital cable. A third full bathroom sits between the third and fourth bedrooms. Clean linens and towels are provided at no additional cost. A full-size clothes washer and dryer available for use during your stay, as well as an iron and ironing board. Additionally, the home has a pack-n-play, high chair, and 2 strollers for guest use. After a busy day of sightseeing and attractions, this home offers plenty of amenities to help you relax and unwind with your family. The living room offers a large comfortable space to spread out and enjoy the leather sofa, love seat, and recliner. The living room is equipped with a high definition flat screen television with digital cable, and we offer a collection of novels to guests that prefer to relax with a good read. Our guests also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi high speed internet, and an air conditioned game room including a pool table and Foosball table. The high ceilings throughout the home add a spacious feel that you simply cannot find when booking a hotel room.This home is located in the serene community of Indian Creek, a quiet neighborhood that feels like it's away from it all even though the shops, restaurants, and attractions are only a five-minute drive away.
