Both Hall and Bedroom have attached balconies.

The hall has a 4seater dining area to make those evenings memorable..
It also has a sofa cum bed that can be extended to a 97 bed plus a couch, easily accommodating 3 adults.

The bedroom has a kingsize bed, a wardroom a 46" LED TV with HD satellite connection.

There is an allround the year outdoor pool that is very well maintained. There's a fitness center that wont give you an excuse to miss your workout regime.

We have the old Reis Magos fort just 700m away and the beautiful Mandovi river flows just behind our backyards!
Beaches like Coco 2km Candolim 4 km, Calagnute 6 km, Anjuna12 km, Baga 9 km are very easily accessible.
Nightclubs like LPK waterfront and SinQ are within a radius of 2 kms.
