Sitting on the well established community of Hampton Lakes, off the US27, this five bedroom villa with a west facing pool deck is the perfect choice for your memory-filled holiday to Orlando. In a peaceful location, the bustling US192 and the Disney theme parks are just a short drive away.

Living Accommodation - As you enter, to the left of the front door is the modern formal dining area with seating for eight people. Continuing through the villa is the open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar seating two people. The kitchen overlooks the family lounge which has a sofa and two loveseats, a large flatscreen TV with a DVD player and a games console and doors to the pool deck.
Bedrooms - The Master bedroom is to the right of the family lounge and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the front door and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is at the end of the landing on the first floor and has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is to the left of the stairs on the first floor and is a Mickey Mouse themed bedroom with twin beds. Bedroom 5 is next to bedroom 4 and has bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom bunk and a single bed on the top bunk.

Outdoor Living - The west facing pool deck with a good degree of privacy also has a dining table under an umbrella. The perfect area for relaxing in the Florida sun during your rest days from the theme parks.
Entertainment - The games room is equipped with a pool table and table football as well as a dart board. Great for some family fun!

Hampton Lakes, completed in 2004, is a gorgeous and well-kept community of almost 450 homes ranging in size from 3 to 7 bedrooms. Community facilities here include lakes, floodlit tennis courts and a couple of children’s play areas. Sitting on the US27, between the US192 and I-4 highway, shops, restaurants and golf courses are all just within a short drive. PLEASE NOTE; this community has a minimum 4 night stay on bookings.
