All facilities needed, to guarantee your comfortable stay are available. One bedroom is located in a separate building. All bedrooms have direct access to the swimming pool. Two bedrooms have king size beds and 1 bedroom is provided with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning, closet and an ensuite bathroom with shower orand bathtub. The kitchen, dining room and living room are located on the same level and have a direct access to the sundeck. The kitchen offers all the basic utensils for simple cooking. In the dining room, you will find a big table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy your meals at. Moreover, the living room is equipped with a sofa and a big screen TV.Outside you will find a big sundeck with a refreshing swimming pool and 4 sun loungers. The pool area has sun almost throughout the whole day, so it is the perfect place for sunbathing andor cooling down in the swimming pool. Looking down from the sundeck you have a great view on the garden and the river. In the evening the garden lights will light up this area. In front of the villa there is a garden and lawn with nice flower trees and plants.Interaction with guestsI will be available to offer help before and during your stay. Two motorbikes will be including of the rent.The villa is a self-catering accommodation so no meals or condiments are included.There are some basic kitchen utensils to cook meals.The staff will always ask what time suits you for the daily cleaning and will respect your privacy at all times.The neighbourhood Overview Ubud is an touristic and cultural center on Bali. You will find great surroundings for walks amp biking. The famous Campung Ridge walk is one of them.
