Pavilions 3 on Hamilton Island is without doubt a pristine waterfront, well presented, spacious 4 bedroom plus double sofa bed in second lounge room multi million dollar holiday apartment. Immaculately cleaned and well presented with professional linen this stunning accommodation will provide the perfect base for a great Hamilton Island holiday.

Being absolute waterfront of course there are those fabulous ocean and marina views to take in. You can soak in the views from two of the four bedrooms, both lounge rooms, the kitchen, the dining room and needless to say the large wrap around deck complete with outdoor dining, sun lounges, plunge pool and BBQ.

You will notice the spaciousness of the rooms which are larger than most accommodation on Hamilton Island. The main lounge room boast spectacular ocean and marina views. It Is well furnished with a comfortable lounge, coffee table and very large screen television and DVD player. A second lounge room away from the first lounge room offers a large screen television and DVD player as well as some water views. It has a double sofa bed and a door that leads out to the wrap around balcony.

Dinners are always a pleasure and you have a choice of either dining indoors at the 8 seater dinner table or outdoors which also has an 8 seater dinner table. Pavilion 3 creates the perfect private waterfront dining experience in the comfort of your own home. Dont forget to open your complimentary bottle of wine with dinner! Self-catering on holidays is made easy with a fully functional kitchen that one would expect to find in a luxury property, including dishwasher, oven, gas stove, microwave and all the usual items such as crockery, cutlery, cookware, glassware, toaster and kettle. Of course if you prefer to cook your lunch or dinner in true Aussie fashion there is also a BBQ.

And let's face it laundry unfortunately even exists on holidays so for your convenience a front loader washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron is provided.

Three of the bedrooms are a good size and the forth is the size of an office with double bed. For additional guests we can also arrange a double sofa bed in the second lounge area. A fold out bed can also be arranged at an additional fee.

They'll be no queuing for morning showers as the property has three good sized bathrooms. The master ensuite bathroom is extra large with a huge spa bath, dual sinks and separate shower. The master bedroom also has a walk-in wardrobe and separate toilet. A sliding door opens up to the wrap around deck with sun lounges. You'll be very tempted to venture outside and have your morning coffee gazing at the views as soon as you wake up, if you manage to get out of the comfy king bed! A Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine is provided with a starter pack of coffee pods. If you prefer ground coffee an expresso machine is also provided as well as starter pack of tea and sugar.

The second bedroom is also very spacious and ensuited. It features beautiful furnishings, a comfortable king bed which can be split into two king singles if required and you do have some ocean views. There's a door that leads out to the balcony where the plunge pool is. The bedroom has built-in wardrobes. The ensuite bathroom has a bath tub, a separate shower, sink and large mirror.

The third bedroom is also very spacious and features an equally comfortable king bed which can be split into two king singles depending on your needs. This bedroom also has walk in wardrobes. A third bathroom features another shower and sink plus separate toilet.

The fourth bedroom is a small room with new double bed.

For those extra guests we can also prepare the double sofa bed in the second lounge area which is away from the main lounge area.

For those little family members we provide a complimentary porta cot and high chair.

Pavilions is located very conveniently approximately a 5 minute walk to the marina alongside a waterfront boardwalk where you will find restaurants, cafes, supermarket, bakery, cruise departures and more. A complimentary 4 seater electric buggy is available and you can also take advantage of the complimentary bus that circulates the island approximately every half an hour and stops not far from the Pavilions.
