Situated within the Pavillions, a complex of all-luxury apartments designed by Grant Kenny, Penthouse 25 is situated right on Hamilton Island Marina, in a premium spot at the end of the complex with arguably the best views on the island.

Encompassing an entire level, Penthouse 25 has four large, exquisitely appointed bedrooms that invite true rest and relaxation, with quality furnishings, luxury linens, and spacious en-suites. Most bedrooms open up to the surrounding deck with floor to ceiling sliding doors: bedroom one and two are furnished with a sumptuous King-sized bed , the third bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed while the fourth bedroom offers two single sized beds which each can be converted to a King sized bed.

There are also 2 rollaway beds and a porta cot available upon request.

The well-stocked kitchen is part of a stunning open-plan area, with an eight-seater dining table overlooking the water, and a gorgeous lounge area that opens up to the spacious deck through the floor to ceiling windows that wrap around the outside of this area. The seamless indoor-outdoor flow of this house centres around a (fully fenced) private plunge pool. From here the options are endless: whether you want to sunbathe on one of the comfy sun-loungers, enjoy cocktails at the bar, play pool on the outdoor pool table or lounge around in the conveniently placed outdoor hammock, you will find all your needs catered for in this stunning area. In March we are also adding an outdoor dining table.

Penthouse 25 also features a state-of-the-art media room, which is equipped with Foxtel, Playstation and games, as well as a huge DVD and book collection for that total entertainment package.
