Welcome to Pavillions 12 on Hamilton Island, a prestige waterfront property with plenty of privacy and your very own inground pool. Brand new to the holiday letting market (whereas the licensed agent has been holiday letting successfully on Hamilton Island for several years), the property boasts so much more besides its perfect location.

The inground pool is fully fenced and set near a grassed area ideal for small kids to play. Outdoor dining and a huge family BBQ make your time spend outdoors dining or just gazing at the ocean with a glass of champers or a cold beer memorable and enjoyable experience.

The property is set all on one level with no stairs, giving peace of mind for those with young children or guests with ambulatory concerns.

The large living spaces include 8-seater comfortable dining (with water views) and 2 lounge rooms, one with flat screen television and DVD player. Board games,pool toys and a select of DVDs are offered for your enjoyment.Selection of kids toys provided to keep your children entertained.

A good size and well-equipped kitchen makes self-catering on your holiday a breeze.

The bedding configuration is as follows:

2nd bedroom - Queen Bed

3rd bedroom - Choice of 2 Singles or King Bed

4th bedroom - King Single Bed

Linen, bath towels, pool towels and a starter pack of hotel-sized toiletries are included.

3 bathrooms (one with huge spa bath, dual basins and shower, the second with bathtub and shower and the third with shower) ensure lazy mornings without any cues for the bathrooms.

Our friendly complimentary valet service will take you from the airport or marina to your property, and back again after your stay.

A complimentary electric golf buggy is provided for your convenience. It is possible to walk to the marina village in around 10 minutes or you can catch the free bus which circulates the island approximately every 30 minutes. There is also a taxi on Hamilton Island.

A bottle of wine will greet you upon arrival.

You can shop for groceries on the island or you may opt to order online and have them shipped to the island in time for your arrival. Our pre-arrival information will guide you how to go about doing this.

Hamilton Island has something for everyone with an extensive list of activities both on the island and on the water.

On Island activities include mini golf, bushwalking, tennis, go-cart racing, off-road adventure tours, quad biking for kids, art classes, spa treatments and more. The island also boasts an 18 hole golf course and driving range, a fitness centre, a hair and beauty salon, kids club and its own wildlife center.

If you prefer to take to the water the tour desks offer a range of options to explore the Great Barrier Reef and the surrounding Whitsunday islands and the famous Whitehaven beach, including sailing adventures, sunset cruises, sea kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, snorkeling, scuba diving and more.
