The Space:
We are not a small company and for a long time before the trip we considered the options of where to go, what to rent!many hosts responded immediately,the price could not be folded,and their children are not satisfied with our company! I want to say we did not think long to write to Dmitry K., regarding his Villa, as well as all the others ,but what struck him,he did not make us wait long for an answer:) and immediately invited,offered excellent rental conditions for a long period,and even a transfer from the airport!in General, we signed a contract:) First of all, we considered the photo and chose the room to whom more and better:), but alas:) they were all great, on each floor and each has its own bathroom,which is very important for families:),Mahmutlar, there is a grill and we have a great time in the company of dishes on the grill:) outdoors! The most important thing I wanted to write in the beginning, but as always-for dessert leave:) there is a mini-gym on the "ground floor", and of course, the Pool-without it can not do in hot weather:))) the pool is looked after by a special person, so there is always clean and the water is clear:))) in General! Shared all impressions, like, did not forget! If you are going to relax in this area of Turkey-I strongly recommend:) choose this Villa:) you will not regret! one more thing! To the center of Mahmutlar from the Villa, we love to walk-a small fitness:) - minut15 slow pace! To the center of Alanya, from here by bus 11-13 minutes away, everything is very close!a lot of grocery stores here in Mahmutlar, cafes with kind Turks during the day and incendiary waiters in the evening:))) twice a week here for a few km is a huge market with a variety of fruits and vegetables, Turkish cheeses, spices:) in General, luxury Villa, swimming pool, Bazaar:) - and nowhere else you want:)

Mahmutlar is a city in the Alanya region of Antalya. It is located 130 kilometers from Antalya and 8 kilometers from Alanya. Mahmutlar, which occupies an area of 4.5 kilometres on the Mediterranean coast, became a municipality in 1974. This is the first city municipality of Alanya. In the North it is surrounded by Taurus mountains and in the South by the Mediterranean sea. On the East is the tourist city Kargicak, and in the Western tourist town Kastel.

The climate of the region is Mediterranean, characterized by hot dry summers and warm rainy winters. The average annual temperature is 18.6 C. in the region, with the exception of agricultural land, the Mediterranean type of vegetation dominates.

The population of Mahmutlar changes in accordance with winter and summer seasons. In summer, its number reaches 50-60 thousand people, while in winter it is about 15 thousand. The city is home to more than 5,000 Dutch, Russian, Irish and German families.
