Ponderosa Meadows is a brand new 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in Truckee that sleeps 8 people and has activities for the entire family year round.
Enjoy unobstructed views looking over the Ponderosa Golf Course from the comfort of your living room or while barbecuing on your balcony.
The gourmet kitchen is well stocked with top of the line stainless steel appliances and cookware.
Relax in the warm and inviting great room with fireplace, spacious dining table for eight, easy access to the upstairs deck with peaceful view of the golf course and mountains; fully stocked contemporary kitchen with granite counter tops and; all linens and bedding provided.

Master bedroom includes a king size bed, 42 inch LCD TV with DVD player.
Master Bathroom with jetted bathtub and a separate shower
Downstairs bedroom features an LCD TV, DVD player and a comfortable leather couch which converts to a queen plus bed with a luxurious high density foam mattress.
The 3rd downstairs bedroom includes twin bunkbeds and a full size bed with an LCD TV, DVD player and bean bag sofa: perfect for families!
Playpen/bassinet available upon request.

The central location places it conveniently close to downtown Truckee with 5 restaurants accessible by foot including Drunken Monkey and the Fifty Fifty Microbrewery!
A short drive to Northstar, Squaw Valley and Sugar Bowl Ski Resorts.
Truckee Regional park is only 2 minutes away and offers Wednesday night concerts (during the summer months), a soccer field, play structures and even a skateboard park!
