Our villa accommodates 8 people, and is equipped with everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. Only a short walk to the clubhouse, it is conveniently located and, with no rear neighbours, privacy is optimal.
There are four bedrooms complete with full baths two king-sized master bedrooms, a queen and a bedroom with twin beds. The large chair in the reading nook also makes into a twin bed. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and each bedroom, a flat screen television (cable service for your convenience.

The kitchen is outfitted with a full range of large and small appliances toaster, coffee-maker, slow-cooker, griddle, grill and large and small blenders. The home has a full-size fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The villa is also amply stocked with kitchen wares; you will feel right at home.

The spacious living room is a great place to view our movie collection or watch the 'big game'. A PS2 gaming system (along with a variety of games) is in the twin bedroom, and readers can relax in the nook area and enjoy reading from our collection of books, playing some board games we have at the villa or listening to music on our Sony iPod/iPhone5 docking station.

Other notable amenities include free long distance telephone calling within North America and free high-speed wireless internet. We also supply two strollers, a crib and several infant blankets. There is an ample supply of white linens and towels for use within the townhouse as well as coloured towels for the beach, pool or water parks. In-house laundry means you have fewer suitcases to pack!

Our villa is ideally situated. We have bicycles in the garage for your use should you wish to tour around the resort or the community. Just around the corner from the villa are the volleyball, tennis and basketball courts, putting green and outdoor BBQ area. We are only a four-minute stroll to the main complex where there is access to a the large pool and water slide,convenience store, internet caf , pool bar, ATM, rentals(game, movie, laptop, BBQ), movie theatre, fitness room and games room( video, pool, table tennis). Taxi and shuttle services, childcare accessories and recommended services (www.kidsniteout.com)or massage and golf bookings are also available through Guest services.

We have a Kaba lock entry system with number pad for ease of entry. You receive a coded # that you use for the duration of your stay. No need to worry about losing or returning keys.
