As a corner plot it is surrounded by extended lawns and landscaping and the south-west facing patio, swimming pool and whirl pool at the rear of the home have also been specially extended to allow additional outside living and leisure space.

The spacious feel continues in the interior of this home which has been professionally designed and furnished with optimum comfort and convenience in mind. The front door opens into a luxurious great room with lounge sofas and chairs allowing seating for 12 people, a 60 inch LCD smart TV and writing bureau.

The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, gas hob and oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, side by side fridge /freezer with ice and chilled water making facilities and a breakfast bar.
