Our villa is located in the Thousand Oaks Sub Division, which is 10 minutes drive from the famous highway 192 and 15 to 20 minutes from Disney theme parks, 30 minutes from SeaWorld and Universal Studios and 45 minutes from Busch Gardens using the interstate highway I4, which is only a 5 minute drive away.The villa is a tastefully decorated single storey home, it has three bedrooms and is fully air conditioned with private swimming pool, heated if required. The villa looks out onto woodland at the rear and gives a pleasant, peaceful atmosphere to relax in the master bedroom has a Queen size bed with en-suite facilities and a walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds. All three bedrooms have cable tv fitted. There is also another bathroom situated between the adjacent bedrooms. Located in the lounge is a sleeper/ sofa which turns into a Queen size bed and will sleep two people also.The kitchen is fully fitted with all the modern amenities you can expect at home and much more. The breakfast bar and adjacent dining area give plenty of room for enjoying your meals. Leading off from the kitchen is a large double garage with washing machine and dryer for your laundry. A pool table and dart board are also contained in this area for our guests enjoyment. The Lounge is spacious and central to the villa and has a three seater and two seater sofa. There is a large tv with cable, a video and cd player.The patio doors lead to the pool area for that all important cooling off after a hard day at the theme parks.
