The farm house is fully restored, preserving its old-fashioned charm. The ground floor includes a restaurant that serves typically Tuscan dishes. The garden in front of the house has a stairway leading up to the spacious, communal salon. This salon leads to the front door of the apartment. Step into the cozy kitchen with a terracotta tiled floor and a fireplace, and admire the beautiful view of the rolling countryside. All around the house, there are plenty of options for sitting outside and enjoying the sun. Of course you can also choose to cool off at the swimming pool.

The apartment is an excellent base from which to explore the area. There are shops in Guasticce (3 km) and Collesalvetti (10 km). But the cities of Pisa, Florence, Lucca, and Livorno area easily accessible as well. Livorno lies only 10 kilometers away and Pisa is located at 20 kilometers distance. And would you like to spend a day at the beach? The Tuscan shore lies less than half an hour's drive away!

Nearby is Livorno, where you could visit the aquarium, take a stroll along the harbor and watch the sunset on the famous Mascagni Square.

Tuscany is a region rich in art and there is really an embarrassment of choice to places to visit from cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Pistoia and Florence to the small villages such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa and Certaldo.
