The farmhouse is fully renovated, yet it maintains maintaining its old-fashioned charm. The ground floor includes a restaurant that serves typically Tuscan dishes. From the garden, a robust outdoor staircase leads you to the loggia of the apartment, partly situated above the restaurant. The apartment is modestly furnished and the charming living room has terracotta floors and an open fireplace. There is plenty of space around the house for you to sit outside. Or relax in the sun on a lounger by the pool and every now and then take a refreshing swim.d Hiking lovers can take different hiking routes across the vast estate.

In Guasticce (3 km) and Collesalvetti (10 km) you can find shops. The apartment is also an excellent base from which to explore the area. For example, take a trip to the cities Livorno (10 km) and Pisa (20 km). But also the beautiful cities Lucca and Florence, with their many sights to see, are within easy reach. And would you like to spend a day at the beach? The Tuscan coast lies a mere half-hour drive away from the apartment.

At a short distance you will find the Tuscan coastline that is full of beaches where you can spend a day at sea, for example Tirrenia and Marina di Pisa.
Nearby is Livorno, where you could visit the aquarium, take a stroll along the harbor and watch the sunset on the famous Mascagni Square.

Tuscany is a region rich in art and there is really an embarrassment of choice to places to visit from cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Pistoia and Florence to the small villages such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa and Certaldo.
