This estate consists of 3 houses on a gentle hill 3 km away from Collazzone, a typical village in Umbria. The mansion is situated in an old olive grove of about 4 acres in beautiful surroundings. The houses are approximately 100 meters apart, but each house has an absolute privacy.

Each house has a private entrance with gate and remote control, and a private pool. A wonderful place to relax and to enjoy nature.

The decor is rustic and rustic and atmospheric.

There is also a wellness center with a mini pool with hydromassage, sauna, Turkish bath and fitness equipment. The use of the wellness center is common for the 3 houses.

Upon request, a cooking workshop organized.

Environment/surroundings :
The owner organizes "porchetta and Wine": excursion to a company that porchetta is made and afterwards porchetta tasting and wine tasting.

On request it is possible to organize a candlelight dinner on the estate. The cook makes dishes typical of Umbria ready. Recommended!

Spend a day at Assisi, the pearl of Umbria. In this particular city you can visit the gradation of Saint Francis and many other churches, abbeys and monasteries. Very worthwhile.

Bevanga is one of the most beautiful hamlets in Italy. Visit Palazzo dei Consoli, Piazza Silvestri, the museum and the church of San Michele.

The Marmore waterfalls; wonderful to see!
