The open plan dining area has formal seating for six and there is also a breakfast table seating four, just off the kitchen.

Kitchen
The full size Kitchen is open plan, brand new and equipped with Frigidaire Stainless Steel appliances including Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker etc, in fact everything required to cater for your party.

Master Suite
The Master Suite has sliding glass doors directly to the pool deck. This room has a Queen Bed with 2 nightstands, lamps, a dresser, flat screen TV, hairdryer and radio/alarm clock. The walk-in closet has ample hanging space.

The En-Suite Bathroom features a bath with overhead shower, vanity unit and toilet.

Queen Guest Room
This light and airy en-suite room is self contained and at the front of the home. It has its own flat screen TV. There is plenty of storage and full bathroom offers a bath with overhead shower, vanity unit and toilet.
