This luxury Reunion home is located within the Homestead area of Reunion, situated within easy walking distance to the Reunion Grande, The Clubhouse and The Seven Eagles Pool and Pavilion. If you are looking for accommodation close by for friends of family RVH_003 and RVH_166 are located very close by on the same street.

The home is situated on a corner plot with an over size pool deck area. Large pool with child's Safety Fence and spill over spa. (Please note the spa can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool).

Newly furnished to the very highest standard. This luxurious villa has its own private screened pool enjoying all day sunshine. The large open plan ground floor has a comfortable living area with high vaulted ceiling and 60" LED TV. There is a formal dining area, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with an informal eating area.

The spacious ground floor Master suite has a King size bed, 50" TV and luxurious bathroom. A gallery landing leads to four additional upstairs bedrooms, the second Master has a King size bed and 50" TV. The remaining bedrooms are made up of a Queen bedroom, a Pink girls room with with two full size beds and a blue boys bedroom with two full size beds, all with 32" flat screen TV's.

The bathrooms have upgraded glass screens installed instead of shower curtains.
