Circe/Kirke Villa combines comfort with functionality and finesse. In the upper floor (200 m2) there is a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, living area and the gymnasium. In the ground floor (265 m2) there are kitchen, large living room, dining area, bathroom, Jacuzzi, sauna and two bedrooms with double beds. The two levels do not connect from inside, must walk –no stairs– to the upper floor.
Circe is an expensive, luxury and well constructed with high standards building. It is fully brand name equipped and can satisfy Guests with high requirements. The Villa has independent in-floor heating, central air-conditioning (VRV system), solar water heating, security systems, alarm system, filtered triplex windows with thermo brake system and a double facing fireplace. The floors are made of marble, wood and Italian ceramic tiles. The interior staircases are granite and wood. The kitchen fittings are Italian with fitted electrical appliances and side by side refrigerators. The sofas are made of quality leather. Design furniture fits in perfectly. All rooms are unusually very high. The ceiling of the rooms has hidden lighting and beautiful Swarovski light fixtures. The living areas are beautiful, comfortable, airily and naturally lighted with spacious openings (glass wall) to enjoy each moment of the magical view. The large surrounding verandas offer peace, relaxation, tranquility and unforgettable images.
Located in Tersanas, Akrotiri, Chania, Crete on an area of 8.500m2, the land plot is bordered with stone built wall, beautifully landscaped with lawns, rock gardens, trees and flowers. The large swimming pool (140 qm, 47m3) both for children and adults with a spacious wooden floored area for games and relaxation it is certified for operation with EOT license. A stone paved step along the whole length of the property on both sides leads you to the sea in front of the property which is private but rocky not sandy at all. In walking distance, 400 m, is Tersanas golden sandy beach. There is a private and safe parking for cars. Closest building to Circe is 500 meters, the wall fence and the main gate, always closed, guaranties your privacy and safety.
The complex consists of two completely separate villas; Naiaira (bez color) hosts the owner when on vacation. Circe/Kirke (red color) hosts guests all year since 2014, and is certified for operation with EOT license MHTE 1042K91002901201.
Circe overlooks -to the west- the gulf of Chania, the city of Chania, and the Cape of Spatha to the horizon. Amazing sunsets and fool moons!!!
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE AND POOL CARE

In walking distance, there is Tersanas sandy beach (see photos). There are beautiful sandy beaches (into a little gulf) in 1-8 km away that have the international sign of the "Blue Flag", meaning that the sea is clean and safe. Those are Kalathas, Stavros, Agios Onoufrios, Marathi, and Loutraki.
In 1 km from the villa there is Khorafakia village where you can find restaurants, pharmacy, shops, super-market, petrol station, banks. In 6 km there is Kounoupidiana village with Health Center, restaurants, bars, banks, stores, shops, super-markets, petrol station etc.
The villa is 6 km from Chania airport, 14 km from Chania City, 15 km from the port of Souda, 70 km from Rethimno, and 150 km from Heraklion.
