The guest wing offers a King bedroom with a 37” Smart TV plus another
bedroom with 2 full beds and a 37” Smart TV. There is also a full
family bathroom in this wing. Plus, each bedroom has charging stations
for your electronics.
The vast open-plan living area is lavishly furnished with individually
chosen pieces. A huge sectional and chairs, a 60” Smart TV and a large
dining table with seating for 8 which can also double as a conference
table.
The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped with all new stainless steel
appliances and granite work tops plus everything you might need for a
quick breakfast to a gourmet meal, and the cook can chat with people
perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area.
Next to the kitchen is a cosy den with a quiet reading area and a handy
work desk. The condo also has a full size washer and dryer in the fully
equipped laundry room so you can pack light and have space for outlet
shopping!
The living room leads out to a large, furnished patio where you can

walk and the West is 23 minutes door to door).
