Environment/surroundings :
This atmospheric home lies on a vast estate of nearly 3,000 acres in southern Umbria. The estate is a hybrid company where grain, vegetables, and fruit are grown and where oil and wine are produced. Currently, nine different wines lie in the basements of the estate.

You enter through the cozy living room with sitting area on the ground floor. The traditional brick arched ceiling and terracotta floors are real eye-catchers. From the living room you reach the lovely open fireplace, where you can enjoy yourself with a good glass of wine. Outdoors is a private terrace, where you can read a book or take a dive in the communal pool.

There is a shop on the estate where you can buy all the estate's own products. Of course all these products are used in the restaurant located on a central location on the estate. The estate borders on the Lago di Corbara reservoir and the Orvieto Classico wine region. Visit the small city of Todi with its beautiful Piazza del Popolo or go to the city Orvieto. Perugia and Assisi are easy to get to as well.
