This luxury Reunion home is located within the Homestead area of Reunion, situated within easy walking distance to the Reunion Grande, The Clubhouse and The Seven Eagles Pool and Pavilion. If you are looking for accommodation close by for friends of family RVH_028 is located next door and RVH_024 is close by on the same street.

Newly furnished to the very highest standard, this luxurious villa has its own private screened pool. The bright open plan ground floor has a comfortable living area with high vaulted ceiling and wall mounted flat screen TV. There is a formal dining area with seating for 8, a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. The adjoining informal eating area has seating for 6.

The spacious ground floor Master suite has a King size bed, large TV and large en-suite bathroom with twin vanity sinks, large tub and walk-in shower. A gallery landing leads to four additional upstairs bedrooms, the second Master has a King size bed and flat screen TV. The remaining bedrooms are made up of a third luxury King bedroom and a Queen bedroom that shares a bathroom with 5th bedroom with with two Twin beds, all with flat screen TV's.

The downstairs is completed by a laundry room and half bath. There is the added bonus of a air conditioned games room in the garage with Nintendo Wii and Blu-Ray player connected to a large TV, Pool table and Foosball table.

Only if you wish to access an additional 5 of Reunion's Pools including the Water Park and the Tennis or Golf will you need to be registered as a House Guest. There is a limit to the number of days that can be appointed to house guests. Therefore the house guest registration is not for the entire length of your stay, just the specific date(s) you wish to access the Water park, Tennis or Golf. There is a registration fee which is for one day. This is for you and all of your party - NOT EACH. If available, additional dates can be purchased. You are required to be registered for your desired date(s) at least 5 business days before your arrival. Once registered, your dates cannot be changed, the passes cannot be credited or reissued even if the water park is closed for any reason or if they are not collected or used. Once you are registered you and all of your party will be able to access 5 additional pools including the Water Park, Golf and Tennis. Each of these activities requires and additional fee, the Water Park is $18 per Adult and $12 per Child payable
