Environment/surroundings :
This attractive apartment is situated in a restored farmhouse, located on an estate in the Terni province in southern Umbria. This is one of largest estates in Umbria; consisting of almost 3,000 acres of woodlands, vineyards, olive groves, fields and pastures.

The house is located on a hill top, at the far end of the estate. The lawn in front of the house offers views across the entire estate and its surroundings. The apartment is entirely situated on the ground floor. The large living room features traditional terracotta flooring and unique, arched, brick ceilings. The bedrooms are nicely furnished with authentic Umbrian furniture. There are nice places to sit out in front of the house, and you can use the swimming pool, too.

The estate borders on the Orvieto Classico wine region. Visit the town of Todi with its beautiful Piazza del Popolo or the city of Orivieto, where you can find one of the most beautiful Gothic cathedrals of Italy. Perugia and Assisi are easy to get to as well. And at 130 kilometres, you'll find the city that needs no introduction at all: Rome!
