Environment/surroundings :
This attractive apartment is situated in a restored farmhouse, located on an estate in the Terni province in southern Umbria. This is one of largest estates in Umbria; consisting of almost 3,000 acres of woodlands, vineyards, olive groves, fields and pastures.

The house is located on a hill top, at the far end of the estate. You can overlook the entire estate from the lawn in front of the house. The apartment is completely situated on the first floor. You will find the front door underneath the large loggia. The open fireplace is the centerpiece of the spacious, atmospheric living room, surrounded by a cozy sitting corner. The terracotta floor and wooden beamed ceilings add to the authentic look. There are nice places to sit out in front of the house, and you can use the swimming pool, too.

The estate borders on the Orvieto Classico wine region. Visit the town of Todi with its beautiful Piazza del Popolo or the city of Orivieto, where you can find one of the most beautiful Gothic cathedrals of Italy. Perugia and Assisi are easy to get to as well. And at 130 kilometres, you'll find the city that needs no introduction at all: Rome!
