This restored farmhouse with private pool lies on a vast estate of more than 1200 ha. In the south of Umbria. The estate is a hybrid company where grain, vegetables, and fruit are grown and where oil and wine are produced.

During the restoration of this beautiful farmhouse, the authentic building materials have been reused to maintain as much of the Umbrian atmosphere as possible. This \"casa colonica\" consists of two apartments and a detached house, and offers enough room for a maximum of 17 people. Individually, these houses have been tastefully decorated and antique Umbrian furniture has been added. The detached house has enough room for 4 people and the other apartments each have room for 6 people.
Outside you have a private garden and a private 10 by 5 m pool.

On the estate lies a shop where you can buy all the products that are produced on the estate. Of course all these products are used in the restaurant located on a central location on the estate. The estate borders on the Lago di Corbara reservoir and the Orvieto Classico wine region. Visit the small city of Todi with its beautiful Piazza del Popolo or go to the city Orvieto. Perugia and Assisi are easy to get to as well.
