It will comfortably sleep 8.

When you step into the doors of this beautifully decorated villa you are welcomed by a large den with wall mounted TV and a small work station. A hallway will lead you back to an open floor plan with a glass top dining table with seating for four, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and state of the art appliances. A large family area completes the first floor with large leather couches and a 70' LCD TV with DVD player.

On the second floor you will find a large master suite featuring a King size bed, walk-in closet, a spa-like bath with large walk in shower, and Jacuzzi tub. The Master also features a large private balcony with breathtaking views of the legacy course. On this floor you will also find a bedroom with a King size bed with LCD TV, and a Queen size bedroom also with LCD TV. These two bedrooms share a bathroom featuring a double vanity with granite countertops. For your convenience the washer and dryer is also located on the second floor.

The in-laws apartment has a separate living room with a small summer kitchen, and dinette. There are two full size beds, a seating area, and LCD TV with DVD player. Below the garage has been converted into a large games room equipped with a pool table, a large LCD TV, and an Xbox gaming system. Please note that the games room does not feature an individually controlled air conditioning system.

Take full advantage of the Florida sunshine by your own private spacious lushly landscaped pool. This large outside area will provide you with a private space to allow you to take in the rays without being disturbed. Complete with spill over water feature (The water feature does not heat above the temperature of the pool), the pool area features four sun loungers, and a high top table for four.

All of this is located in the exclusive Reunion Resort. A truly beautiful place with world class amenities such as infinity pools, full service spa, scenic walking trails, fitness center, on-site fine dining, kids activities and much more.
