The main floor consists of an open floor plan with an over sized kitchen perfect for home cooked meals with the family. This gorgeous kitchen includes bar stool seating, a large island and beautiful appliances. Feel free to lounge around on the comfy couch and loveseat set watching a movie on the Blue Ray player or play some games at the dining room table with loved ones. Take a walk out onto the back porch with remote controlled back patio screens and check out the amazing views of the Arnold Palmer golf course. You whole family is sure to enjoy the gorgeous backyard area. Take a dip in the pool and relax in the bubbly spill over spa. Don't forget about the sun loungers, and plenty of seating for snacks by the pool. Take a walk in the courtyard and you will find a separate private access to one of the bedrooms perfect for a guest's privacy. Even more incredible? • All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed

• There is a one time end of stay cleaning fee on stays less than 7 nights
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• Pool heat available( with Fee) and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar.
•Accidental Damage Waiver of $89 plus tax will be required on behalf of the property owner against any reported damages or loss to this property and its contents.
