Welcome to 269 Carolina Avenue. This wonderful duplex is located in a quiet residential neighborhood right in the heart of the downtown Fort Myers Beach district at the north end of the island. The ground level portion of this home has beautiful water views, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Recently remodeled it has been appointed with newer furnishings, a new kitchen, fresh paint and finishing touches to make your beach get-a-way a special occasion.



Your entrance to the ground level apartment is conveniently located around the back side of the house, by the pool, providing you with tranquil accommodations away from any road noise. Enter through your private entrance into the great room.



The great room has a open concept kitchen that's been complete remodeled with custom wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Pots and pans, dishes, and everything else you might need to prepare your meals has been included. The kitchen is open to the formal dining area and living room. The living room has a sleeper sofa, comfortable furnishings and a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. This room overlooks the back yard pool and the canal providing you with a relaxing backdrop for your stay.



Each bedroom offers an in-room TV, along with plenty of dresser and closet space. A full bathroom off the great room is conveniently location for everyone's use. The master bedroom is a private retreat off the front of the house. It's access through a doorway in the kitchen and past the laundry room. Here you will find a private suite with a queen size bed, ensuite full bathroom, along with private sitting area and mini kitchen. The two guest bedrooms are located off the guest room. The first has a queen size bed and the second a queen.



Head outside to the back yard. Here you'll find your oasis in Paradise! Looking out over the water you can see to Estero Bay or look across the canal at the multi million dollar homes. Try your hand at fishing from the back yard, you're sure to catch a great fish dinner for the night. Rent a boat or kayak and explore the waters of Estero Bay or just sit back and take in the peacefulness that the water provides. Of course the gorgeous in-ground electric heated pool is sure to be your favorite spot for hanging and relaxing. A fantastic in-water sitting deck allows you to soak up the Florida sunshine while in the pool. Relax in one of the many poolside loungers as well.



Wireless internet and a full size washer and dryer are included for your stay. Please note for our guests with allergies this home is a smoke free home. If you are travelling with your furry friend, they are more then welcome here. We accept dogs of all sizes during your stay.



269 Carolina is located just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Times Square, a multitude of shops and restaurants and some of our fantastic beach bars and night life are all just a short walk from the house. Park the car, or better yet, don't even rent one and get around the island by foot or by trolley. Everything is truly right outside your door making it the ideal location.



For those of you traveling with friends or family that might need larger accommodations be sure to look at 269 Carolina upstairs. The upper level of this home sleeps eight guests as well, making the entire home accommodations for sixteen total.
