269 Carolina Avenue - Upstairs

Welcome to 269 Carolina Avenue. This wonderful duplex is located in a quiet residential neighborhood right in the heart of the downtown Fort Myers Beach district a the north end of the island. The upstairs portion of this home has beautiful water views, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Recently remodeled it has been appointed with new furnishings, fresh paint, an in-ground salt water pool and finishing touches to make your beach get-a-way a special occasion.



Take the stairs to the second level and enter into the incredible sun porch. Walls of sliding glass doors open to let the Gulf breeze flow though and provide you with elevated views of the canal below. Watch closely for manatees as they are a little harder to spot than the many dolphins that you are sure to see during your visit. Dolphins are an every day occurrence in the canal below as this home is only three properties off Estero Bay. The sun porch is sure to be one of your favorite rooms in this home. This area provides a large dining room table overlooking the water where everyone can enjoy their meals or set up a board game and enjoy some one-on-one family fun. There is also a day/trundle bed tucked off to the side, for an additional sleeping area for two guests if needed. Bright and airy the sun porch opens to the great room. The great room is comprised of the large open concept kitchen and living room.



The living room has super comfortable furnishings and a large flat screen TV that will have you relaxing in no time. Connect to the wireless internet and tell all your friends about your incredible accommodations and the Florida sunshine. The dining room table is round allowing for conversation to flow freely among family and friends. The kitchen has everything you may need for preparing your meals while here on vacation.



Heading down the hallway off the great room you will find the guest bedroom off to the left. Appointed with two queen beds and decorated in soft shades of blue and crisp whites your guests will feel right at home. A flat screen TV provides them with their own TV time if desired. A full bathroom in the hallway with a walk in shower is conveniently located for everyone. Across from the hall bath you'll find a full size washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.



The master bedroom is to the right and decorated in a deep shade of blue, accented with whites and grays, providing a spa like atmosphere. A king bed, with in-room TV and full ensuite bath has all the comforts of home.



Head downstairs to the back yard. Here you'll find your oasis in paradise. Looking out over the water you can see to Estero Bay or look across the canal at the multi million dollar homes. Try your hand at fishing from the back yard, you're sure to catch a great fish dinner for the night. Rent a boat or kayak and explore the waters of Estero Bay or just sit back and take in the peacefulness that the water provides. Of course the gorgeous in-ground electric heated salt water pool is sure to be your favorite spot for hanging and relaxing. A fantastic in-water sitting deck allows you to soak up the Florida sunshine while in the pool. Relax in one of the many poolside loungers as well.



269 Carolina is located just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Times Square, a multitude of shops and restaurants and some of our fantastic beach bars and night life are all just a short walk from the house. Park the car, or better yet, don't even rent one and get around the island by foot or by trolley. Everything is truly right outside your door making it the ideal location.



For those of you traveling with friends or family that might need larger accommodations be sure to look at 269 Carolina downstairs. The lower level of this home sleeps eight guests as well, making the entire home accommodations for sixteen total.
