Situated in the highly sought after Liberty Bluff neighborhood of the Reunion Resort this luxurious 4 bedroom 4.5 bath 2,800 sq./ft. villa sits atop of the signature Legacy course, and boasts panoramic views of the 8th green.The Villa itself, is arranged on 2 floors plus separate in-laws apartment. It will comfortably sleep 10.

When you step into the doors of this villa you are welcomed by a large den with wall mounted TV and a small work station. A hallway will lead you back to an open floor plan with dining table that seats 6, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and appliances. A large family area completes the first floor with sofa, TV and DVD player.

On the second floor you will find a large master suite featuring a King size bed, walk-in closet, a en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, and tub. The Master also features a private balcony with breathtaking views of the legacy course. On this floor you will also find a bedroom with two Queen size beds with LCD TV.

The separate "in-laws" bedroom above the garage has a King size bed and LCD TV with DVD player.

Take full advantage of the Florida sunshine by your own private spacious lushly landscaped pool. This outside area will provide you with a private space to allow you to take in the rays without being disturbed. The pool area features two sun loungers, and a table with seating for four.

All of this is located in the exclusive Reunion Resort. A truly beautiful place with world class amenities such as infinity pools, full service spa, scenic walking trails, fitness center, on-site fine dining, kids activities and much more.
